LANDSCAPING – Common and Townhome Areas

• Spring Cleanup to be completed by March 31^st
• Edging and Mulching of all shrubbery beds to be completed by April 10^th
• Mowing of all lawn areas are performed on Tuesdays weather permitting
• Hand weeding and spraying for weeds in shrubbery beds is performed each mowing – Common Area Only
• Fall Cleanup to be completed prior to Thanksgiving
• Annual Pruning to all Common and Private (Front) shrubs by July 7^th
• Turf Applications (Weather Permitting)
  • Broadleaf and crabgrass control by April 30^th
  • Fertilizer with broadleaf and crabgrass control by June 7^th
  • Nutsedge Control in July
  • Fertilizer by September 10^th
  • Broadleaf weed control by September 21st
• Flowers planted at the entrance areas for the Summer

SNOW REMOVAL

• Will be performed when snow accumulation reaches 2 inches or more on common sidewalks and alleys.
• Homeowners are responsible for snow removal for their private driveways, sidewalks and entry walks.
• The roadways are the responsibility of Bedminster Township.

TRASH REMOVAL

• Pick up for Trash is performed once a week on Wednesdays.
• Pick up for recycling is performed Wednesdays.
